We provide a safe place for at-risk children, focusing on skill development and preventive strategies to combat the effects of abuse or neglect. Our Out of Home Foster Care Program offers stable, nurturing and trauma informed homes for children up to age 19, employing a comprehensive approach that includes safe housing, personalized therapy, and strong family connections aimed at reunification, adoption, guardianship, or preparing for independent living. Treatment plans are designed collaboratively, integrating feedback from youths, their families, and care professionals, to promote psychological growth and healing while maintaining essential family ties.
Committed to the well-being of children, families, and the broader community, we advocate for active family participation in all aspects of care and pursue permanent solutions when children cannot remain with their parents. Our efforts extend into the community, aiming to educate and harness local resources to support our mission, embodying the belief that raising a child requires a collective effort. Through these initiatives, we strive for quick and lasting resolutions for the children and families we serve, ensuring transitions to less restrictive environments are smooth and supported.
